Chat Module

The chat module provides a number chat "channels," "rooms," or whatever you wnat to call them that provide online dialogue among a number of participants. The index allows the user to select the channel to go to.

Each chat channel screen provides a field into which the participant enters his or her comment and a field that shows the running dialogue. When comments are sent, they may be tagged with the name of the person, the name of the workstation or an alias or sent anonymously. The instructor can set the type of tag used or leave it open to the participant.
